Guess what I have done!

November is here!

      The year is going by! November always brings me a mix of emotions, it reminds me that a new year is coming but that my goal list is not quite close to being accomplished! Then that leads to stress, anxiety, some sleepless nights, replanning, reorganizing, reevaluating my life choices 😂, changing my mindset again, refocusing on myself and what truly matters… and literally the list could go on. But what is my point? You, we control most of our narrative to our story of life. Yes there are things that happen to us which are just out of our hands, don’t let it run your mind wild, learn quick how to breathe through the stress, exercise it out, sleep it off and begin again. Love yourself enough to take care of what you can and let go of what you can’t. 

Have peace, patience and prosperity your journey is worth the effort!

Life has been happening…

 It’s been a busy, busy, busy year and especially this past summer! In general I have been fine but definitely stressed with my business and personal life. How have you allllll been? 😊😊 

If you been busy just taking care of your life great! Because that is a major task to do. So I encourage all keep doing you, love yourself, be productive, do self care practices daily, focus on becoming resilient inspite difficulties now and those to come. Change is going to come no matter what so plan accordingly.
